It's good to kn...Thanks for the mention, Chris. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who finds this stuff interesting. My co-author and so-called friend Dave Annal once introduced one of my talks by saying 'What Audrey doesn't know about early civil registration isn't worth knowing - and quite a lot of what she does know isn't worth knowing either'.
