More Anglican records from RCBL in Ireland

The Representative Church Body Library in Dublin has announced the release of transcribed Anglican parish records for Delgany in Wicklow, as part of a response to their disappointment at the stalling of the brilliant and free to access Irish Genealogy site at www.irishgenealogy.ie, which was being produced in collaboration with the Irish Government.

The library is now planning over the next few months to start issuing online transcripts via PDF files of various records from other parts of the country, starting with Delgany, thanks to the efforts of regular visitor to the library Mark Williams over the last ten years, who has been working hard at making transcriptions of them for his Anglican Record Project. The full story is at http://ireland.anglican.org/about/128.
