New Registrar General appointed for Scotland

The National Records of Scotland has announced that Tim Ellis has been appointed as the new Registrar General and Keeper of the Records of Scotland. The full announcement is at www.nas.gov.uk/about/121221.asp with details of his previous career in the civil service.
