The British Newspaper Archive has added Scottish title the Sunday Post from 1915-1950 to its site at www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk - I think it is a complete run, but there may well be gaps. Keep an eye out for Oor Wullie and The Broons!
The site locates it in the Glasgow, Lanarkshire category, but from what I can see it was actually founded and published in Dundee by DC Thompson in 1914 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sunday_Post).
Also newly added are issues of the Paisley Herald and Renfrewshire Advertiser from 1870
