The Save Our Libraries Moray group is planning to take Moray Council to court over the proposed closure at the end of this month of seven libraries at Burghead, Cullen, Duffton, Finechty, Hopeman, Portknockie and Rothes as well as a mobile library in the county. The council hopes to save £375,000 by the closures.
