Ancestry (www.ancestry.co.uk) has added a series of datasets for the English county of Essex:

  1. I got excited when I saw Ancestry had finally got some Essex records but when you visit the site you can search Ancestry but to view the actual record you have to visit Essex Archives Online which charge £20 for a subscription for just 1 DAY! Which is outrageously expensive!
