Dear Friends of Glasgow City Archives
We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of ‘Explore Your Archive’, a national event run annually by the Archives and Records Association. All archives based in the UK and Ireland are invited to take part including all of us here at Glasgow City Archives.We will be promoting the event each day via various social media themes and would love for you to help us. Use your own social media facilities to tell stories about how you’ve engaged with our archives using the hashtags #explorearchives and #glasgowcityarchives. You can be as creative as you like – dress up, take selfies or even make videos. The event will run from the 16th to the 20th of November and your support would be greatly appreciated.
