National Archives of Ireland places Seán MacDiarmada's will online

The National Archives of Ireland ( has placed the last will of Seán MacDiarmada online as its document of the month for June. The document was written in Kilmainham Gaol (pictured below) on May 12th 1916, just prior to his execution for his role as one of the seven leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising.
