Society of Genealogists adds more online records

The Society of Genealogists website has just added 250,000 to its members only area, MySoG, as well as images from seven more poll books. A full break down is available on Else Churchill's post at www.societyofgenealogists.com/quarter-million-new-entries-added-to-society-of-genealogists-data-online/. Incidentally, the society has recently uploaded a brilliant document at www.sog.org.uk/online/datsets.pdf outlining what else it has online (Ancestry, FindmyPast and The Genealogist aren't the only games in town!).

Else has also posted news of a talk being given at Islington Local History centre on March 28th - further information is available at www.societyofgenealogists.com/the-islington-local-history-centre-its-collections-a-talk-on-28-march-at-2pm/

(With thanks to Else Churchill)
