Society of Genealogists certificates of recognition awards

The Society of Genealogists in London has created a new certificate of recognition award for individuals who have contributed to the genealogy sector worldwide. The succesful recipients for the first certificates are Dick Eastman, Dr Hugh Kearsey, Rosemary Cleaver and the Polish Archive of Przemyƛlu.

  1. Personally I am delighted that Rosemary Clever is a recipient. I first met Rosemary and her late husband Peter at the Guildford meetings of the West Surrey FHS, back in the mid to late 1980s. Peter and I would always find a little time to chat about our Rugby Warwickshire roots!

    Together they worked tirelessly and contributed much to the field of genealogy. Sadly, Peter died within the last few years, but Rosemary is still involved and contributes a great deal
