Ancestry is tinkering with its site again, this time with its search forms. The American version's blog at
http://blogs.ancestry.com/ancestry/2014/11/07/using-the-updated-search-forms/ provides a run through of the changes. I can't comment on their use personally yet, as they aren't yet implemented on the UK site, though it seems to be more cosmetic than a fundamental change to the function of the search facility.

I experienced a new view the other night. Every so many searches you get the new one. All is not good. I was using 1911 England census and on the 'about' page for my person, two persons were missing from the household. The missing were the two youngest children. They are in the full image. There was no section downwards arrow that I could see in case they hidden below the allocated space. They were quite simply missing.
