Not sure if it is new, but I've not come across it myself before! Caerphilly County Borough's Chronicle Collection (www.caerphilly.gov.uk/chronicle/english/index.htm) is an online search facility that provides access to the entire Caerphilly Library Catalogue and Caerphilly Museums - worth a look!
