From the North of Ireland Family History Society, via Facebook:

The North of Ireland Family History Society is holding an open day at its Research Centre and Library on Saturday 31st August from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.

The library has a lot of resources that may be helpful to you so come along to see what you can find out! Our volunteers will be there to assist you. Everyone is welcome. Come along and chat to others interested in searching for their roots.

We are located about 6 miles from Belfast (& the PRONI building) & are only a 5 minute walk from the Valley Leisure Centre. The following webpage has directions and a link to our library catalogue: www.nifhs.org/rescentre.htm

Our address is: Unit C4, Valley Business Centre, 67 Church Rd, Newtownabbey, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT36 7LS

We look forward to welcoming you!
