Files from reconvened Scottish Government in 1999 now accessible

Under the new 15 years closure policy now in operation in Scotland, files from the first Scottish cabinet, following the reconvening of the Scottish Government in 1999, have now been released, along with other government records from that year, and have been made available for consultation by the National Records of Scotland.
