'Irish Volunteers Centenary Project', this talk by Donal McAnallen will examine what recordings digitized by the Cardinal Ó Fiaich Library and Archive, Armagh add to existing knowledge of the 1916 and the revolutionary era. It will feature audio excerpts from the interviews with some of the primary actors in these seminal events, 21 April at 7.00 pm.
Half-day conference on the Easter rising 1916: conflict and consequences. This is on 22 April 2016, commencing at 2.00 pm. Please note: Change of speaker. Margaret Ward will now replace Sinead McCoole.
