Raise the Dornier!

The RAF Museum in Hendon, London, has so far raised over £375,000 of a total £600,000 needed to raise the only surviving example of a World War Two Dornier Do-17, a German bomber shot down over Goodwin Sands and recently discovered to be in near perfect condition in the waters there. Once retrieved it will be placed on display in the museum as a tribute to those who lost lives on both sides of the war.
