The results for the English and Welsh 2011 census have been published today at www.ons.gov.uk/ons/index.html, where you will find various charts and demographic tables showing how things have changed in the two countries since 2001.
The Scottish and Northern Irish census results are not included, as these are not handled by the Office for National Statistics (not sure when they are to be published).
UPDATE: Northern Irish census results have been published also - see www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-20673534
