English family history workshop in Toronto

The Toronto Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society has contacted me to say that registration is now open for a one-day workshop devoted to researching English ancestors, to be held in Toronto on Saturday 5 November 2011.

The English Family History workshop is co-sponsored by the Toronto Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society and the Canadiana Department of North York Central Library, and will feature speakers John D. Reid and Lesley Anderson from Ottawa, with Paul Jones, Jane E. MacNamara and Linda Reid from Toronto. The earlybird registration deadline is 14 October 2011 and OGS members enjoy special rates.
