Wrexham Council has offered a financial lifeline of £15,000 to the Royal Welch Fusiliers Museum Trust to temporarily preserve its historic collections at Kings Mill visitor centre. A long term aim is to locate the collection at Wrexham Museum, although funding has as yet to be secured for this.
