The Story of the Bryant and May Matchwomen

The Story of the Bryant and May Matchwomen, is a talk by Louise Raw, author of a book on the same name, who will reconstruct the events behind the 1888 walk out by four hundred women and girls employed by Bryant and May.

The event will be hosted at Hamilton Town House Library (Cadzow Room), 102 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6HH from 19:00 - 20:30, November 29th 2012.
